Tornati LAM-VN 23.45 EVA Glass Laminating Oven
The Tornati LAM-VN 23.45 is a state-of-the-art air-heated electric oven for the vacuum lamination of flat and curved glass. The oven is capable of producing high-performance laminates with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) interlayers such as evguard®. It has a single chamber with the heating and ventilation system located below the lower working table. This provides optimal circulation of hot air and improved control of the temperature and lamination process.
Maximum glass dimensions: 2300mm x 4500mm
The LAM VN 23.45 is supplied with the following equipment:
- 4 working tables (each loaded individually)
- 4 silicone rubber vacuum bags 2500mm x 4850mm
- 8 net-coated glass fabrics 2300mm x 4500mm
- 8 suction units with pipes (for silicone only)
- 1 hydraulic lift for loading and unloading
- 1 support cart on wheels for two rolls of film
