Macotec Strato Active HP Laminated Glass Cutting Line
The Strato Active HP lines offer high levels of automation and unmatched productivity for straight and shaped cutting of laminated glass, especially with complex cutting patterns. The lines are equipped with a tilting table, 360° rotation device, electronic glass separation, software for sequential scoring of Z-level cuts, additional heating lamp, motorised belts and tilting arms.
Maximum cutting length: 4000mm
The lines can be operated in either "full auto" or "full speed" mode. In "full auto" mode, all cuts and trims are executed automatically without manual intervention from the operator. The cut-to-size glass is transferred to the end of the line and positioned vertically for offloading. In "full speed" mode, trims (Z-level cuts) are separated by the operator. The cut-to-size glass is positioned vertically and trimmed glass is positioned over the heating lamp for manual separation.

- Rotary tool changer "Click & Cut" allows quick selection of correct cutting tool
- Glass sheets are automatically squared and rotated from 0-360° by patented device
- CNC-controlled clamps allow for faster cycles even when cutting thicker glass sheets
- Separation control activates PVB cutting blade and allows self-adjustment of heating
- Glass separation is controlled by a brushless motor to avoid any risk of delamination
- Minimum automatic trim of only 20mm ensures optimisation and waste reduction
- Trims are automatically ejected from cutting area and offloaded into a waste bin
- Grinding wheel powered by electric motor for edge deletion of Low-E glass
