Emmegi Quadra L3
The Quadra L3 is a 20-axis CNC machining centre for bars or workpieces of aluminium or light alloy, which combines a loading module, 4-axis milling module, 3-axis vertical cutting module, 3-axis horizontal cutting module, 4-axis drilling module and an unloading module. The versatile machine is suited for machining both aluminium profiles for doors and windows as well as extrusions and profiles for the industrial sector.
Machinable substrates: Aluminium and light alloys
- Automatic magazine with thrust-feed system for profiles of up to 7500mm
- Numerically controlled, high precision, high speed bar positioning system
- Milling module with 4 to 6 electrospindles for machining any side of profile
- Main cutting module with 600mm ø circular blade with downstroke movement
- Secondary cutting module with 350mm ø circular blade and dual drilling unit
- Automatic ejector transfers profile from cutting unit to unloading magazine
- Automatic unloader discharges profiles from cutting unit to storage magazine
- Sound-proof central enclosure protects operator and reduces noise
