Xtrusion Tape™ - Aluminium Profile Protection Tape
Xtrusion Tape™ is a low-density blue polyethylene film coated with a durable rubber adhesive, designed specifically to protect aluminium window profiles and extrusions. It safeguards against contamination and damage during processing, handling, storage, transport and installation, delivering reliable, high-performance protection from manufacturing through to project completion.
Xtrusion Tape™ is supplied in pre-cut rolls with a precisely engineered carrier film and adhesive system, eliminating the need for on-site cutting and ensuring ease of application and removal. Once the surface has been cleaned, the tape adheres smoothly to the contours of the aluminium window profile, whether applied manually or with our GMS TAM150 Tape Application Machine. When applied correctly, it can be effortlessly removed at any stage of production without tearing or leaving residue.
