TSI Mastermix Gear Easy
The Mastermix Gear Easy is a pneumatic, two-component mixing and metering unit specially designed for processing fast-curing silicones. The unit utilises a gear pump mixing and metering system and its high dosing accuracy allows for the usage of disposable plastic mixers. Material loss and costs for consumables and spare parts are reduced to a minimum, which results in a quick return on investment.
The Mastermix Gear Easy is equipped with a 200l A drum and a 20l B drum and is suitable for the extrusion of two-component sealants and adhesives specifically fast-curing silicones. Ancillary equipment includes the purging pump for cleaning mixers and mixing sets and the freezer cabinet for interruptions in production.
