Tremco TREMflex 50 Polyurethane Joint Sealant
TREMflex 50 is a one-part, high-movement, low-modulus easy to gun, polyurethane joint sealant, formulated to ensure bubble free cure at high temperatures and in humid conditions. Typical applications include sealing joints under waterproofing membranes, in cast-in-place concrete, precast panels, brick and block work and metal.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free from dust, oil, rust or any other contamination. Closed cell polyethylene backing rod such as FGT BR135 is recommended for horizontal joints to provide correct joint depth to width ratio, as well as prevent three-sided adhesion. Open cell backing rod is recommended for vertical installation to allow for faster curing.
