Tremco SG450 Silicone Weather Sealant
Tremco SG450 is a single-component, neutral-cure, high-performance, elastomeric joint sealant. It offers excellent performance in moving joints and isolation joints and can be used for indoor and outdoor applications. SG450 is a general purpose weather sealant designed for use in curtainwalls and facades, perimeter and movement joints.
Packaging: 300ml cartridge or 600ml foils
Colour: Black, white, grey, bronze & translucent
Joint faces should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, old sealant and any traces of contaminant which may affect adhesion. Any previously applied sealant must be mechanically removed. Movement joints should be back filled with a foam backer rod such as FGT BR135 in order to control the depth of sealant and prevent three-sided adhesion.
