Tremco JS442 MF
JS442 MF is a high-performance, two-component (Part B Liquid or Paste High Viscosity), mercury-free, polyurethane sealant specifically developed for insulated glass unit manufacture. JS442 MF functions as the secondary seal in dual-seal systems and can be used in conjunction with a PIB primary sealant such as JS680, JS780 S or JS880.
Packaging: 200l base and 20l curing agent
Colour: Dark anthracite
JS442 MF is designed to seal the perimeter of the insulated glass unit, retaining the structural bond between the panes of glass and spacer and forming an outer barrier to moisture and gas. JS442 MF is compatible with all types of manual and robotic dispensing equipment and can be applied with mixing equipment such as Ecomix XS, Mastermix Gear Easy, Mastermix Gear Basic or the GMS 2K.
