Tekna TKE 984
The TKE 984 is a 4-axis CNC machining centre for drilling, milling, threading and cutting of aluminium, light alloy and steel profiles. The tool storage magazine is available with 14 places as a single or double fixed solution on board the machine or as a motorised solution with 14 places and its own numerically controlled axis. The electrospindle rotates from 0° to 180° to enable machining on 3 sides of the workpiece without it being repositioned.
Machinable substrates: Aluminium, light alloys, steel
The workpiece is positioned with pneumatic reference plates and held securely in place by between 6 and 16 (optional) clamps. The machine allows operation in double mode which makes it possible to load and unload workpieces and automatically position clamps in “concealed” time. It is also possible to use multipiece mode which allows loading and consequent machining of different workpieces between the two work areas.
