Neptun LV322-40 Onboard Vertical Glass Washer
The LV322-40 is a vertical washing machine designed for installation on the outlet conveyor of a straight line edger. The compact machine removes the dirt produced during processing, preventing it from drying on the glass and making the final washing operation easier. It is suitable for washing and drying of flat glass including float glass, acid etched glass, coloured glass, printed glass and pyrolytic glass.
- High quality stainless steel components for protection against wear and corrosion
- Performs washing and drying operation on an area of glass with a height of 320mm
- Positioning allows unloading of glass sheets smaller than the minimum workable size
- Single washing circuit comprising a pair of 120mm ø brushes with 0.35mm ø bristles
- Processes glass sheets with a thickness of between 3 - 40mm with automatic adjustment
- Automatic system opens water flow only when glass is detected to limit consumption
- Anti-crushing safety barrier at entrance to prevent injury to operator's hands
