Neptun Bravoseam Automated Seaming
The Bravo series consists of a range of automated solutions, based on the integration of anthropomorphic robots, which have been developed by Neptun's new automation division. The series is capable of supporting heavy production loads with high automation, unparalleled speed and flexibility. The Bravoseam is an automated glass seaming system suitable for carrying out seaming operations as well as automatic loading from a glass rack, in-line conveying and 90° transfer.
The Bravoseam system allows endless configurations and flexibility, depending on the layout requirements of the various production environments. In addition to the processing tasks, it can also perform automatic loading and unloading operations thus easily integrating into any industrial environment. Manual loading is also possible.
