Macotec Strato Active W Laminated Glass Cutting Line
The lines in the Strato Active W series are designed for automatic execution of X-Y-Z-W cutting of laminated glass without any intervention from the operator. The lines are equipped with a tilting table for loading glass, 360° rotation device, PVB cutting blade, electronic glass separation, on-board optimiser and tilting arms for offloading glass.
Maximum cutting length: 4000mm
The exceptional ergonomics of the cutting line reduce fatigue and improve operator performance. The positioning of the control unit on the working plane and absence of any obstructions on the front face of the machine allows operators to move freely in the area. The reduced height of the cutting bridge ensures total visibility of working areas and great comfort when handling glass. Laser scanners monitor the working area to detect external obstacles or obstructions.

- Separation control activates PVB cutting blade and allows self-adjustment of heating
- Glass separation is controlled by a brushless motor to avoid any risk of delamination
- Minimum automatic trim of only 20mm ensures optimisation and waste reduction
- Trims are automatically ejected from cutting area and offloaded into a waste bin
- Grinding wheel powered by electric motor for edge deletion of Low-E glass
