Macotec Star Cut Float Glass Cutting Table
The Star Cut 3.7 is an automatic table for straight and shaped cutting of float glass. It is equipped with a tilting working table and breakout bars. The tables in the Star Cut series are designed to meet any production requirement and can be equipped with belts for automatic transfer of glass sheets.
Maximum glass dimensions: 3700mm x 2600mm
- User-friendly interface for easy control and management of various functions
- Rotary tool changer "Click & Cut" allows quick selection of correct cutting tool
- Automatic reading of templates of any material and detection of internal holes
- Can be equipped with "Maclabeling" system to print and apply labels to glass
- Programme for cutting paper and vinyl allows the creation of artistic stencils
- Grinding wheel powered by electric motor for edge deletion of Low-E glass
- Optional temporary protective film (TPF) or Easy-Pro removal system
