Inagas SmartFill-1 & 2 Gas Filling Machines
The SmartFill-1 is a single-line, intermediate gas filler for the production of Argon-filled insulated glass units. It is the first machine in the Inagas range to be equipped with the unique SmartStart lance system as standard. It is capable of using either the one or two hole filling method and has a flow rate of up to 30 litres per minute. The SmartFill-2 is the dual-line version, with a combined maximum flow rate of 60 litres per minute, designed for medium to high production.
The SmartFill machines have an operator interface comprising a 250mm touch screen which shows a live display of the gas filling process and is also used to access the menu screen. From the menu screen gas percentage levels, overfill timer, data logging, pressure set up and calibration features can be accessed. The SmartStart lance system allows operators to start and stop the filling process directly from the interactive lance rather than having to return to the screen each time.
