Inagas FirstFill Gas Filling Machine
The FirstFill is a single-line, introductory gas filler for the production of low volumes of Argon-filled insulated glass units. The machine uses the two hole filling method and has a flow rate of up to 10 litres per minute. Modelled on the larger InterFill machine, it features the same quick reaction gas sensor as the rest of the Inagas range. Other features include a vacuum gas sensor pump, semi-auto calibration, adjustable gas fill targets and IG production statistics.
The FirstFill machine has an operator interface comprising a 100mm touch screen which shows a live display of the gas filling process and is also used to access the menu screen. From the menu screen gas percentage levels, statistic info and calibration features can be accessed.
