Han Jiang HJ-IGSR-2008
The HJ-IGSR-2008 is an automatic sealing robot for the extrusion of two-component polyurethane, polysulphide or silicone secondary sealants. The machine provides fast, efficient and precise secondary sealing for insulated glass unit manufacture and is available with the option for sealing triple glazed units as well as stepped and shaped units.
The HJ-IGSR-2008 is equipped with dual pump systems for two different types of sealants. The operator is able to change between sealants fast and conveniently at the press of a button. The machine is designed for integration into the HJ Line 3008-I.
