GMS Double Edger
The GMS Double Edger is a horizontal double edger line with cup wheels suitable for flat edging and arrissing. The machines have a massive I-beam construction and are designed for heavy-duty, continuous production. The unique transfer system allows for faster transfer clearing and increased line speed. Each machine includes three diamond flat edge wheels, two arrising wheels, three flat polish wheels, and two arris polish wheels.
Number of spindles: 10 each side
The double edger line can be configured to suit customers' specific requirements. Automatic adjustment of all functions with an electronic programmer or PLC is available on request. Automatic squaring devices are standard on the double edgers.
