FGT300 Flush Glazing Spacer Tape
FGT300 is a high-density, double-sided PVC foam tape coated with a high-tack, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. The tape is designed for use as a compatible spacer in flush glazing systems i.e., to give specific gap thickness for structural silicone. The open-cell structure of the tape allows curing of structural silicone on all sides of the joint.
Standard sizes: Supplied in thicknesses of 3mm or 6mm, widths of 6mm or 9mm and rolls of 15lm.
Project details and adhesion/compatibility testing of all structural components should be reviewed by FG Trading. Drawings and samples should be forwarded to FG Trading for approval before commencing work. The tape is not intended for use as the primary seal in conventional glazing systems nor as a load bearing SSG seal.
