Emmegi Phantomatic M4L
The Phantomatic M4L is a 4-axis CNC machining centre with an X-axis stroke of 3000mm for bars or workpieces of aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel. The electrospindle rotates continuously from 0° to 180° to enable machining on 3 sides of the workpiece without it being repositioned. The machine has a manual 9-place tool storage magazine and an automatic 4-place tool magazine, with the option of adding a second automatic 4-place magazine.
Machinable substrates: Aluminium, PVC, steel, light alloys
The workpiece is positioned with a pneumatic reference plate on the left side of the machine, and held securely in place by 4 intelligent clamps which are positioned automatically by the X-axis slider. Adding a second optional reference plate on the right side allows the machine to perform extended machining on bars up to twice the work capacity.
